Understanding that you are not selecting anything in the video, sound or audio driver sections I would just pick AppleNForceATA and see where you are at. Give it a few minutes and see if it makes it past. Id also write down, in detail, the options you selected on install and then post them along with your results.

After install completes and your computer reboots remember to add the boot flags discussed earlier so that you are in verbose mode.

As I mentioned before I did a handful of installs picking and choosing between the drivers listed but I had the best results when I chose the bare minimum on install and then installed them separately after I was up and running in OSX.
