Well i had the same issue, but i fixed it, putting the new AppleSMBIOS.kext, IONetworking.kext, NVinject.kext (0.2.1 Latest) (Chown & Chmod) them diskrepair, Also in the Options i disabled it, then put it back and put all the other disc Except the one that is supposed to backup.

Check your QE & CI also if you happen to get them right you'll have Time Machine up and Running
