just another screen of death with the different languages to restart the machine!

i even can not copy a clone from the install-partition to a NTFS/FAT32 or something else. not with CCC or superduper.
in my eyes its the problem of managing large files through 1052 leopard. what can i do? didnt finish the complete setup and config of the system but its even now so unstable.

please help. 1051 was more stable than 1052 rev1

amd x2 3800+ (works, 2 CPU in activity monitor but not in sysprofiler)
msi k9a with sb600 (works)
x1900xt (works)
alc883 (not working yet)

Did you try to help yourself first ?

Did you read the whole thread at insanely mac for the first release ?
Did you read all this forum ?

I don't think so ... And it's too bad because my style to help is clearly visible at Insanely or here.

You said that 10.5.1 was more stable so the easiest way to have a working installation of Leo is to reinstall it.

I've already helped a lot of people and at the same time was working on the "unstable" 10.5.2 ...

That's not enough ?

Mac OS X 10.6.3 • 2.8 GHz Intel Core I7 860 • ASUS P7P55D • 2 GB 2 Ghz DDR3 • ATI RADEON XFX 4890 1GB • 2 x Hitachi 160 GB Serial-ATA • PIONEER DVD-RW DVR-112 • LaCie Desktop Harddrive 750 GB USB

I still get kernel panics from time to time but read numerous threads here and insanelymac.

I think i'll be deleting Tiger in a few weeks. I mostly get kernel panics with Transmission

sometimes videos but not so much anymore

great release btw

just to clarify I get kernel panics less frequent. Time Machine now backs up with no hassle
