Which installer is the easiest for newbies??

Hey

I've noticed there are alot of different OSX installers for PCs.
E.G iPC, iDeneb, etc.

I was just wondering which one is the easiest to install?
And which one has the highest compatibility rate with most common hardware?

They are all the same, but iPC has the most options (by the same i mean same inteface... Installer is installer)

So go for iPC or XxX
