I'm having a pretty good feeling that could be the reason why. I don't really think it is a serious issue to look at since its pretty normal to transfer files from SATA and IDE at such speeds.

[cite] minibuu:[/cite]I have two issues which might be across the board for most at least the HDD part. It takes forever transfering files, between hdds, and i cant burn cds/dvds on my sata dvd-dl.

I have both Ide and sata.Leopard on sata, and storage is on other 3 drivers. I was attempting to transfer files from one disk to another so i could format it to be osx format instead of ntfs but it would take forever and i would give up. Also why cant I burn dvd/cds on my LITE-ON DVDRW LH-20A1S
