Those who have LAN problems with M2N-E boards with nForce 570 chipset should try following kext file:

It's in beta stage and extremely unstable but still a good start.

Also I thouht my system didn't have audio but turned out there is. About my mac doesn't display any audio hardware but I am able to play audio files. Strange, but as long as it works I'm happy.
