Call for HELP installing Snow Leopard (10.6.x) on ASUS M3A32-MVP Deluxe, please read

Hi, I've been trying to install Snow Leopard on my pc for about a week or so. I've searched all over the internet for tutorials or people with spec similar to mine (listed below) that managed to get it running but it seems that if this is not impossible is very difficult achieve. I have also noticed that some people out there with the same hardware are having exactly the same problems and they've also tried to seek for help in Forums, such as this one, but unfortunetely none of them have been replied. Now it's my turn
During this time I've been going through hundreds of threads in different forums and I've noticed that few people had in they signature a similar hardware spec and that they were running it without any issues. I and probably everyone else that are having the same problem would be very very grateful if some good soul out there could put us on the right track. It would be good to have a step by step tutorial with simple and concise instructions or anything that can help really. Later I'd write a proper tutorial myself if I manage to do it. It's extremelly important that I get it working on this exact spec hence I'd even consider compensation for the person that helps me get this thing going.

My spec:
ASUS M3A32-MVP Deluxe Wifi-Ap
Bios Version: AMI 1406 (ACPI set to S3 ONLY, ACPI 2.0 Enable)
Chipset: 790FX (SB600 i guess)
AMD Phenom 9950 Quad-Core
Ram: 2 x 2gb Mushkin DDR2-1066 800mhz
HD: Maxtor 500gb SATA300 (AHCI)
ATI RADEON HD 4870

What i've tried:
-ihackintosh guide, infinite mac guides, InsanelyMac guides
-Snow Leopard Retail DVD on USB booting using Empire EFI 10.85, 10.85 RC2 and 10.85 SB600 patched, always had the same cpu error:

-Snow Leopard 10.6.1 10.6.2 Intel/AMD by Hazard (PC just reboots)
-Snow Leopard client server 10.6.2 Intel/AMD by Hazard (same, reboots)
-Installing Retail DVD from iDeneb 1.4 (only osx leopard that worked for me) with modbin kernel patch. It actually installed ok but on reboot it didnt work at all. tried cpus, maxmem, busratio, -x -f -v and all that with no success.
-many many tutorials on similar subjects

Thanks to everyone who took time to read this.
Hope someone can help. Cheers!!

BTW, forgot to add that I got it running on vmware with the image "OSX 10.6.2 VMware image for AMD" but it's really slow (managed to get more than 1gb running replacing with another empire efi but was very unstable) and about three times it crashed and i lost work i had done on xcode.

Woohoo =))

Someone with my Hardware and exactly with my problems =)

Like you I read nearly every guide about OSX86 and AMD downloaded 9-10 different Distris, and nothing worked, I was never able to enter the setup.

I got iPC 10.5.6 to run in an VMWare but never local on my system.
Even with this 132 Boot CD I had no chance.

My Hardware in DEtail

Asus M3A32-MVP-Delux-Wifi (SB600)
AMD Phenom 2 955X4
16GB OCZ Reaper HPC
Ati Radeon HD 3870X2
WD Caviar Blue 1000GB

Enabled AHCI
Using ACPI2.0
DVD Drive is also an SATA drive

update

Just an update. I've download the distro "SNOWLEO MAC Snow Leopard OSX86_64 For INTEL/AMD 32/64 MBR/GUID" and it almost worked. Managed to boot on installation disk but still trying to figure out combination of kernel/patches that will work on this hardware.
The closest I got was using Chameleon RC4 PC-EFI 10.5 (asereBLN) for booting, pcj kernel, amd patch, ApplePXIIATA and acpi kernel panic patch. In the end I got a time out for AppleIntelACPI something, which I dont really know why it happens.
I'd suggest you to give it a try and let me know how it went.
