I have a perfect install, everything works, but once in a while Disk Utility freezes with beachball of death and crashs the whole system, or I do a repair permissions and it freezes half way, with yet again, another beachball of death.

Maybe because I used Xslimmer 1.7.5? But the app is know to work with Snow fully.

Could someone send me their disk utility app or would it work if i extracted it from the DVD?

I found out it was Xslimmer's fault. I restored it from the DVD and it works great now.
