Solved!

It freezes because of 2600XT, after booting on onboard x3100 graphics all works fine..

ATI card works after deleting two kext files related to this graphics card.

Now it works without GE/CL support at 1400x1050 resolution on only one DVI.

So tomorrow I will get 9600GT card to get full graphics support! Cheap and with CUDA!
