Alright all, I took the dive and am running 10.6.3.
Delete your 10.6.2 sleep enabler kext and replace with this one:

Then after the update, run tonymacx86's package to get your audio working again:

I'm still testing sleep. Last auto sleep using the RIP3 script didn't wake from sleep, but rebooted my comp. Still testing.
