I'm having a hard time with this update.
I removed 10.6.4 sleepnabler. Update to 10.6.5.
Reboot and it only lets me boot in 32bit. 64bit results in a blue screen.
Install the audio fix and 10.6.5 sleepenabler and run pfix.
Reboot in 32bit works perfect. 64bit results in a kernel panic.

has anyone else been able to boot 10.6.5 in 64bit?
