There is still no fully working kernel for AMD. You will probably get dual-core bug, but still you can try - not every amd cpu has this problem. It might work, but i would expect problems.

Thanx for the reply, I am aware of the AMD processor "RoadBlocks" but I like AMD alot and I have seen other success with AsRock Mainboards aswell, I hear the Voodoo kernel works fine, but I plan to use the qoopz kernel.
