Ok, thanks alot.
Just a couple of questions, I'm still a beginner.
How do I know my SATA controller supports AHCI?
Any guide on how to install it from a spare HD using Ubuntu?
I have already downloaded a version of OSX SL, can I install it? Someone told me I have to emule it, how can I? Or I need a custom version?

I think my SATA controller does support AHCI, and the chipset is ICH8.
