bluetooth a Broadcom 2045B?
I had issues with bluetooth so what I did was rename AppleHPET.kext to .old (in case of KP) and modified IOBluetoothFamily.kext then the Broadcom's 8448 to 8464 (0x2100 to 0x2110)
