Got my MSI setup back today and updated bios to 1.A. That forced me to do all bios settings again and doing that I remembered what it was that made usb wake up possible. Goto power management setup>wake up event setup. Select wake up event by bios, and there You have it. Resume from S3 by usb device option  While in bios goto Cell menu too, enable Intel EIST and Intel C-State tech options and You just got yourself speedstepping and c-states working out of the box.
