Fix for you.
I have the R1000 nic in my machine and it also used to work for about 10 mins under load then stop - the modem light would flash constantly but no traffic would be transfered.,
The Solution.
Remove the R1000.kext from your /Extra/E and /S/L/Ext/ folders and install this new one.
you know its the newer one as it has SL on the end (i.e R1000SL.kext)
Worked like a charm for me and is flawless in the operation of the card now.  |
