1. Propably the CMOS Reset Bug? It can be solved by either DSDT Fix or using ElliotForceLegacyRTC.kext (which is doing nearly the same as the DSDT edit does.)

2. Why not booting Snow Leopard in 32-Bit Kernel?
Do you have any real purpose for using the 64-Bit Kernel like virtualization of a 64-Bit OS?
