Video Card
They are out there. Your options are somewhat limited though. Here is an example of a search on New Egg http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...0Video%20Cards These low profile/ half height card are sometimes listed as "low profile ready" These usually have both full and half height brackets which you can swap out. In addition some cards have a removable bracket option sold separately usually for a few dollars. They don't always list this in the specs so you have to do your homework. I have even found standard cards where the bracket was full height but the actual PCB (the board itself) was pretty much low profile. I actually cut one bracket down to size for a friend but I would not recommend this ;) DVD-Drive That model is PATA (aka IDE) and not SATA correct? |
Correct it's a PATA (IDE) drive
[Edit] Thanks for the video card info. |
I have Built-in Azalia 8 channel audio, Realtek ALC888 8-channel High Definition Audio CODEC and when I'm listening to itunes or youtube my video sounds choppy. I'm running iDeneb v1.3 10.5.5 and I used the Taruga's Realtek ALC888 kext drivers but it's making my sound very choppy. Whenever I do anything that involves sound it sounds messed up is their any other kexts to fix this

I want to get my sound working. When I go to System Profiler it doesn't even see my audio it says no built in audio. When my audio is built in.Then when I go into System Preferences it says that my output device is my keyboard (Easycall speakerphone and type is USB) because I have a logitech Easycall Desktop. Please help me see my audio so that I can get my mic and other ports working.
