I do not know what is going on with my Leo Sleep Mode! I can't come out of sleep mode. This can be a REAL bummer. I Hope they fix it.

Sleep mode doesn't seem to be supported by this version of 9.2; if you need sleep check insanly mac for a different kernel

thanks for the info! I just disable the sleep mode for now until future update.

I was finaly be able to install rev2, while i had no luck with rev1. I have tripple boot on same harddisk 1st parition = vista64 (ntfs), 2nd parition = leo rev2, 3rd parition = linux swap, 4th parition = ubuntu64.

This is how i "fixed" trippleboot:
1. Installed OSX on parition2 using MBR single bootloader
2. booted OSX, set bootparition back to Vista with fdisk, booted with Vista DVD and picked repair startup
3. Installed EasyBCD added everything there (i could stop here but well its not so "clean" since ubuntu parition is also runing grub)
4. Booted ubuntu, boot parition to 4, fixed /boot/grub/menu.lst if needed, rewrite bootsector with grub-install and you are done! after this you have tipple system working from same disk and you can remove neogrub from windows parition

System: A64 6000+, Crosshair nforce590 mobo, 2x 500GB sata disk, GF8800ultra (working),ATA DVD rom and SATA DVDRW, X-Fi fatality (not working - wtb drivers?), lan killernic (not working, using onboard lan with http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?showtopic=73317 and cpu=1), bluetooth working, rest seems to work except linux parition dont want to mount (altho i actualy dont want it to mount, but you know when i tryed i got some error, removed extfs now already tho...).

Issues im having:
X-Fi not working because of drivers, could use onboard soundcard BUT i just cba to plug speakers up and down...
KillerNIC not working, not suprised, what bothers me more is that there isnt any real working drivers for onboard LAN, cpus=1 just dont seems to be real solution + Im still having some funny issues with streaming quicktime that is probably network drivers fault. For example: without CPUS=1 im geting kernel panic after 2-3 sec streaming of quicktime, WITH CPUS=1 my video just stops without kernel panic, so beats me what is real problem specialy because one other issue is also that Marvin Tools detect some cpuid in some quicktime component but for some reason it doesnt get patched... and last one is connecting to samba shares is not working

i tried this, but to no avail.
second unmout did nothing and the las line "./standalone..." does not seem to be correct.
wouldn´t "startuptool" be right?

havn´t tried: http://osx86.wikidot.com/how-to-s#toc5 jet, is similiar to your solution.
but it is a nice trick using the installer log window to avoid 30sec shutdown and thus the need to
reboot from dvd -s again in order to get to the terminal.
under single user mode, the partitions are always unmounted, aren´t they?

Quote:

[cite] rfuilrez:[/cite]Yeah there seems to be a problem with the GUID package. If you enable the installer log (From the installer GUI:: Windows >> Installer Log) you see it fails as it tries to install that package.

Easiest way to fix that, is don't check the GUID Bootloader if thats the partition scheme you wish to use, use the installer log ABOVE the installer progress window. When the install finishes the 30 seconds won't count down.
Utilities >> Terminal
Code:

umount -f /Volumes/{Install Partition Name}/
cd /usr/standalone/i386
dd if=./guid/boot1h of=/dev/rdiskXsY bs=512 count=1
dd if=./guid/boot0 of=/dev/diskXsY bs=400 count=1
umount -f /Volumes/{Install Partition Name}/
./standalone -v /dev/rdiskXsY ./boot_v8

Close the terminal, and restart. Should be good to go now. The second umount is necessary, because during the dd process it gets remounted.

I'm having the same Window's shared folder issues others are having. When I try to connect to a SMB share through finder, it says "can't connect" then i use command K and type smb://<compname/shared> and it says Urls must formated like "smb://" it's like, uh, wtf mate? that's what i typed?!?

Anyway, i can connect fine through smbclient on the command line.

Anyone know what's up?

Hi there,

My specs :
Motherboard : GA-M55plus-S3G rev. 2.1
Proc: AMD Athlon 64 x2 4200+
Southbridge : Nvidia nforce 430
Northbridge : NVIDIAŽ Quadro NVS 210S
Memory : 1Go DD2

I downloaded Zephyroth LEOPARD 10.5.2 rev2 dvd, burn it, and install it.
The installation froze at "about one minute", I rebooted it, and retried the installation. It was good.
I tried to reboot it and got a panic "AppleIntelCpuManagement". I read on forums that I could delete this kext. After that, no more panic, but the boot seems to freeze with "unknown sigsegv code 0".
I tried : cpus=1, -v -x, -v -x -f...
If I try -s I can have the prompt.
I feel like it 's possible to have it running, but I'm stuck and I don't know what to do now.
here are picture of the -v mode (rar file)

thanks in advance for your help.

What bios version do you have? use the last one.
IDE/SATA?
Disable in bios, Serie,paralell,firewire
If you are installing on IDE drive, set the HD=master DVD=slave same ide channel, disable the second.
If you are installing on SATA your HD=first sata channel and your DVD=master first ide channel disable the second.
