ya, im a member. i could d/l fine before and on any other build. but i can't with utorrent but i LOVE utorrent.

i used to use uTorrent before but seeing as how I've paid for the software and have not been able to activate it on my hackintosh... I switched. too bad.

did you check to see if your client is on the white list for the site's trackers?

axhi 12-08-2008 09:57 PM

they recommend utorrent, so not certain...

but is the version number on the white list...? this makes a difference. newer versions aren't always added right away because they like to make sure all the bugs are worked out and that there isn't something coded in them that will supersede the sites requirements.

80-90% CPU Utilization ?

Does any one have problem of high cpu usage while running utorrent ? even vuze run fine with little cpu usage ...

Edit : Disable Distributed Hash Table Network .. Cpu usage become normal 3-4% ( it's a bug )

Yeah, the recommend the Windows 1.7.x/1.8.x builds as they have been 'allowed' for use. PM/Email the admins there and ask for the Mac uTorrent Beta to be allowed, he/she will need its Peer ID (I think its UM0090).
