wait, darwin is open-source right?

if darwin is open source, and apple is using it as their primary loader, why would apple sue psystar over an open-source booter? because they think apple is the only company that has the right to use the open-source booter? or maybe cuz they think psystar has that capacity to have each and every hardware manufacturer participate in their license, no more "use on this MoBo cuz apple says so" crap hahahaha!

Do some research before posting crap like this.

Darwin is NOT A BOOTLOADER.

Secondly, the reason Apple is throwing a fit is because Psystar is not providing the source as covered by the license terms that boot-132 is released under, which is the deprecated open source bootloader in question.

Thirdly, Apple threw a fit because Psystar is doing this all for profit. Have you seen Apple attack anyone in the OSx86 community? No. Why? Most of the work is open source and not for profit anyway.
