Sorry the information I was looking for was no longer present in your log file, as it is crammed from the beginning to the end with messages caused by iStat. :-/ (This is normal as iStat cannot get all the information a real Macs firmware provides & I am pretty sure it ain't the reson for your problem too - it's just annoing when you are trying to get information from the system.log file ;) )
Try to disable iStat, delete current system.log & reboot - then maybe even have a look at the file by yourself - it contains an overview of what happend at what time - should be easy to find the lines where it takes longer. ;)
