hey Imkantus thanks for all the help so far, I think youre very right. I figured it had something to do with the NVCAP or EDID. So i was able to find this. http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/lof...hp/t48894.html He has the same exact laptop as me and was able to find the EDID and NVCAP, he wrote this (below) to put in the Natit kext, I tried it and it led to a black display. Im not sure if i did it wrong. How would you use it? Im getting closer, but it definitely has to do with the actual internal LCD being recognized with its properties. The card is supported as shown with and external monitor. I feel like i should move this to a better suited part of the forum because its less to do with 10.5.6 and more to do with the laptop LCD in general regardless of OS version.

M7 update ??

Howdy,

I am trying to see how you are getting along with your M7?

I purchased one as well, but mine has has the GMA 950 instead of the Nvidia. I found that odd, but mine is working for the most part except for errors with the GMA and full quartz support.

iAktos v 7 is what I am using and will be trying snow leopard by the end of the week.

Let me know how it goes mate.
