ToroLoco, make sure that you have Quartz Extreme & Core Image enabled, because Toast requires it.
I can highly recommend
Burn.app
or
LiquidCD
. These work without QE/CI and are freeware.

SimplayBurn also is free. But - you can burn images also with Disk Utility.
