Hi, secondary display works perfectly!

K50IN is the best Hackitosh Snow Leopard available. No doubt.

You have to spend € 10 on eBay to buy the 1490 WiFi card to have AirPort.

HD video runs fluidly, all Apps are fast, EyeTV is perfect, multi boot... a Mac Pro clone, but costs € 1500 less!

And it's all thanks to community.

What's the best to use in our hackbook; 32 bit or 64 bit kernel? I'm currently running in 64bit mode.

AND

Does anyone who updated to 2010-001?

cheers

Currently using only 64 bit and latest ASUS bios 221.

here also :)

Using 32-bit here.

One thing I notice: in 32-bit mode, if you get really jumpy mouse, you just shutdown the computer, and start the Mac right-away.

After booting Windows and then restart to go to Hack, it will have the strange mouse behavior. Shutdown ... leave for about 5 seconds ... then boot right-away INTO Hack, then you get smooth mouse again.

I find the 32-bit a bit more advantegeous, because I can have the Paragon NTFS reading/writing my NTFS partition at native speed. The only drawback, is that you must connect your second display monitor (if you use it) in order for it to be detected. It can be removed, but it will not be detected after removing.
But that, I think, not everybody needs that. ;)

Hi.

Does your mouse wheel click (middle button) for auto-scroll functioning well (two finger click on trackpad)?
