i got the stocks kexts, (the one about graphics) from ComboUpd, and then tried with V3 and V4 from that page you referred, didn't work any of those, so go to the patch, to manually create the DSDT.aml myself, and it stop at the point when i had to find "Scope (_SI)" cause my DSDT doesn't have it.

Ok, no probs.. DSDT is attached... the kexts are as follows..

AppleIntelGMA950GA.plugin version 1.5.36.25
AppleIntelGMA950GLDriver.bundle version 1.5.36.25
AppleIntelGMA950VADriver.bundle 1.5.36.25
AppleIntelIntegratedFramebuffer.kext 1.5.36.25

If all goes well, you should have full res and acceleration..

This is what i got. When use your dsdt.aml

NebKiwi 04-27-2009 10:17 PM

ok...

Can you run the patcher on your hardware and then send me the DSDT.aml? I will attempt to decompile it and add in the neccessary code in, once optimized for your own hardware it should work.. I'm going to get some shut eye now, will do it sometime tomorrow :)

intel link here my board chip combo is the first column

but OSx86 tools comes up with the following information when i run the "view PCI Device /vendor ID" tool. This is from the Ispci.txt output.

00:1b.0 Audio device [0403]: Intel Corporation 82801G (ICH7 Family) High Definition Audio Controller [8086:27d8] (rev 01)

It contains the following audio controller:
82801G (ICH7 Family) High Definition Audio Controller
You could try a linux codec dump or VoodooHDA (if it works without distorting...)

Here it goes, dsdt.aml and Debug folder that patcher make. I ran "patcher -newHPET", so....take a look, whenever you can.

hmm

Hmm, your DSDT doesn't make a lot of sense :/ You have to run the patcher on a boot without any other DSDT's, otherwise the patcher is influenced by info injected on boot, are doing a clear boot? If not, then I am not sure where to go next, I would turn to the experts in DSDT fixes... I would contact Roisoft on insanelymac and send him your DSDT.dsl, see what he makes of it.. sorry buddy.
