Actually I'm suprised that MAC Adobe CS3 works way better on my iBook, than on my friends Toshiba Dual-Core T2330 1.6GHz, 1GB RAM running Vista and Windows version of CS3.. the difference is quite significant! Too bad that Apple dumped Power PC's, however we wouldn't get OSX working on our OSx86 machines :P |

Roisoft, your solution was not stable, the system now doesn't freeze anymore, but sometimes crashes and ask for reboot...
With the cpus=1 flag everything works again and is solid rock... Do you think it have something to do with fact I don't use automatic DHCP and I insert IP address manually? I have to do that way because for opening ports in the router I have to have a fixed IP address... |
I don´t think so....I have A8n32-sli and my system is solid rock..try to install EFI, efi contributes to the system stability

I have download and installed forcedeth_nockd.kext from the wiki and everything now seems to work fine, no freezes and no reboots

Question: Will the preferences pane 'Starvolume' ever work in OSx86? I always remove it.
