try the 9700 driver that comes with leo, just put you pci id :)

okay.... now, after i reinstalled osx, i've tried your hint. but i guess it isn't nessessary to change it, cause osx "knows" my graphic card ;-)
maybe there is another hint somewhere out there, which tells me, how to get my finderbar translucent.

My Radeon X800 GTO works fine about resolusions and refreshrate by using Natit and Callistob008.

But my card was recognized as "RADEON X800 UO" ... :( Why?

And then, Although I used "ATIRADEON9700.kext", it didn't work for my card...no good!
Because I was not able to be supported "Quartz Extreme" on my card...

Anyone, Tell me some successful examples about "RADEON X800 GTO".

Hey guys,

i cant get my video card working on mac os 10.5.6 retail.
If this card is supported , I hope someone can provide the needed kext or preconfigure a kext for me that would be very kind.Plan is to update to 10.5.7.
Using the chameleon 2.0 rc1 bootloader.
Don't know if this is the best place to ask .
