How Are you guys installing lion? I've tried to do iatkos l2 inside of snow leopard but it gives me an error half way through. I have also tried Niresh Lion 10.7.3. Any help would be greatly appreciated. An in depth guide would be pretty awesome. I have an AMD Athlon II P360 dual-core processor (64-bit). Also I have my wireless card working but it only sees networks that are extremely close unlike in windows and Ubuntu. Please assist if you can.

Code:
sudo kextcache -v 1 -a i386 -a x86_64 -m /System/Library/Caches/com.apple.kext.caches/Startup/Extensions.mkext /System/Library/Extensions all kexts have to be located in /S/L/E EDIT: if there're some kexts located in /E/E, then you can run this command Code:
sudo kextcache -v 1 -a i386 -a x86_64 -m /Extra/Extensions.mkext /Extra/Extensions |

AMD XFX 5770 Gigabyte 890-GPAUD3H Mach_kernel V4 Lion 10.7.2 Chimera 1.9 bootloader :) . I haven't specified any kernel cache folder but it works o.O I have run pfix in myHack. That must have created the the cache for me in the correct folders just guessing |
Ok, let me get this straight... Those of you running non Bulldozer CPU's have it working but 32-bit? (no Finder app?)

Finder is a pure 64-Bit App in Lion, so yes it works. Running 32-Bit software requires the SYSENTER opcode, which is not avaible on AMD CPUs when 64-Bit is enabled & software beeing lunched in compatibilty mode. There is no workaround for this atm. |
Hey guys
I am getting I/O errors from my Harddrives under Lion. Just wondering what kexts ATI/AMD SATA people are using. All is working ok with Snow Leopard 10.6.8. |
