A friend has a laptop with following data: Amilo PA 1510/ Chipset Xpress 200 (RS480)/ ATI SB400 /Graphics Mobility Radeon X1100
He actually has Windows on it, a Tiger installation wasn't working (SATA HD not shown). Could it work with this driver? |

I'm not a Rev 2 beta tester, but I do have a laptop with ATI 200m graphics and obviously haven't been able to get Tiger with QE/CI working. I'm willing to test the driver out for ya if you'd like.

something more.. what do you mean when you say it doesnt have hardware aceleration?.. you mean 3d accel or all type of acceleration (video render, etc)..

OK,, while now it does so you dont need to worry, PS: for the other Qusetion its about 9 kexts modified to work with the 200m x200 1100 users to get it to work.....(FULL qe/ci)

Will your kextst also fix the ata issues of the x200 sb400?
As discussed here: http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?showtopic=13197&hl=sb400 I've not been able to install v1 on my turion x200 ati x700 mobility due to this issue. Or is this just for video which I've gotten working on tiger with qe/ci dupported. |
How would I go about becoming a tester? I would die for this driver for my AMD Sempron 3400 x200 laptop...

I've got the x200, I'd be happy to test anything.
Now, there is something. On the osx86 forums, someone said that with the x200 or any of the later xpress series, they had CI, but no QE. |

Ok guys sorry for the downtime just got back from brazil..... it was great as for the driver, it will work for tiger, It was all ready but then I had a little glitch..... im hoping by saturday or sunday I can get it right.... If anyone would like to beta send me a messaage at

You're trying to help by doing what ?
You claimed that a driver should be ready very soon but it seems you look for one that already work. Anybody can do that and give the link of an existing working driver to the others ... But you're only 12 years old and I doubt you're able to program a kext. |

Check this kext. Not QE/CI enable with my X200, but solve my problem of low disk access. I have now +40mb/s transfer data. ;) (1mb/s before). THANK YOU!
