Well at least it doesn't seem to work for me but it was ok in Rev 1. It doesn't crash but it acts like it's downloading updates but does nothing. Anyone else using Norton AV Ver 11?
Norton AV, what for? I donīt need antivirus in mac.
Well you never know. Better to be protected than......well you know
Yes buddy, but this is Mac, ...think different! :)
I have Norton with me just in case you never know the next cyberspace virus arrives for both pcs and mac, LOL, especially when Macs are pc-supported ;-)
Get serious here. Norton wouldn't waste time and money for nothing
this is why people choose mac over windows - less issues, more security, and fewer backdoors.... but thanks for the laughs
;) I'm using clam, mcafee, and x barrier, just kidding, I used to until I crashed my mac. aww =(
I never used and never will use any antivirus clients, neither for Linux nor Mac. :) It's a waste of resources!
lol =)
I told you......Think different :D
I've been using Macs since the late 1980's and have never once seen a 'real world' virus for this platform. If you're worried about potential infection of a Windows drive, then opt for the free and open source ClamAV as mentioned above.
Honestly, running applications such as Norton is a huge waste of time and resources. |
LOL, Rogue, I agree. =)
That's one of the main reasons I've changed my main OS.
