Zephyroth stated that he was developing some surprises for us and was wondering when they will be coming out. Is it an updated release, or some add-ons that can ease users? Just curious to know...thanks Zeph, for another spectacular release. ;D

Take your time buddy, no rush. The longer the better as we all know it. =)

I'm very busy, I have many projects (and it's nothing to say it ...).

I'm still working on surprises, slowly but surely !

keep up the good work zephyroth
take your time
no one is rushing ya
can't wait for your surprises and are you going to do something when 10.5.3 comes out from apple???

zephyroth 04-04-2008 04:52 PM

Prolly ... :-)

bhast2 04-04-2008 04:57 PM

awesome i hope just a package file so we don't have to do a reinstall or something like that

I agree with bhast2, PPF's are fine. Actually, I usally prefer them anyway. It not only saves time, but expedites the time to upload an entire .iso online, lol. I am most comfortable with PPF's. Keep the good work, using Zephyroth 10.5.2 this very instant on my best AMD machine. My other AMD system nForce3, I am evaluating that system with Leo4All.

@WinLinMac: I think, PPFs are just for updating/upgrading the install-dvd-image, not for installing on a running system.

I just gotta short question: Can we open the installer-dvd-image with pacifist and manual copy and replace files?
(thin I'll try it ...)

Wooh, works like on a real Mac OS install disk. Just experimental, but do I have to mind something before adding a small app to the "Applications/Utilities" folder? And is there a way to add a finder? Would be great, wouldn't it?

WinLinMac01 04-05-2008 06:47 PM

No, I meant for future releases, instead of creating a new .iso, we can Patch the revisions over the older release in the existing .iso we have on our systems. Of course a system installer won't, I know that, lol. =))
