I have all 10 Seasons in English + German + Extras on harddisk = 170 GByte. I have to burn this stuff!

Wait... You have all 10 seasons + extras and it's ONLY 170GB??? ( a single episode in HD runs ~7.5GB here - I now have just over 2TB worth of hard drive storage in 3 HTPC's and a "file server" - but, I can't do SDTV or DivX anymore...) sorry... that's even further off-topic...

It's all in DivX format, one epsiode is about 300 - 400 MB in size. It's still enough, I need 21 DL-DVDs to burn this down.
