I wanted to try installing Leopard on my Computer, i's a Asus PC-DL Deluxe Board with 2 Xeon 3,06 GHz Cpus (only SSE2) but once the black/white text comes (1/4 second) the computer reboots!
I think it's a Kernel problem!
What Kernel will be loaded at the startup of the installation?
I think i need a Kernel with SSE2 support.
What must i do?

JoJo,

This is not to offer any help but to let you that I have this same problem with my Toshiba pentium laptop which is sse2 also, this is a know problem with sse2 cpu's. Last I heard was that eddie11c was working on a version of leopard to fix this problem....lets keep out fingers cross.

I tested some OS X86 Releases and some Kernels, but every time the same problem!
The installation DVD is starting, i press F8, select different Kernels and tested some option switches (-v -x -f -s cpus=1).
I press the enter Button and after 1/4 second the PC is taking a REBOOT (i can't read the messages so fast).
What is the Problem?
One time before i installed Tiger and it worked!

Please Help

Your cpu supports SSE2 ? SSE3 ?
With my latest release if you don't select any kernel the 9.0.0 kernel is installed.
