Hi,
it's pretty strange that none of these methods worked for you. What you could try is to first backup your Gf* NV* kexts and then install them from 10.5.2 installation along with Nvinject.
Also, did gfx string you used worked for you in 10.5.2 ? Its pretty strange cause i used gfx string with default video kexts from 10.5.3, works greats (8800gts, 320mb, g90).

(sorry about the link :( )
Hi,
Ive read the tutorial from NVinstaller, for the efi srtring and didnt work, now im try to do this but without installing any kext .
I was using Nvinject 0.2.0 in 10.5.2 installs with kaly.
Also im going to try to update with AMD Soft Installer and see what happens.

But when i update to 10.5.3 no QE/CI :(
HELP!

EDIT: I talk with JAS and he told me that Efi String is broken in 10.5.3 with 10.5.3 kexts :(

Hi Nicoleef,
Try this:

Open the Terminal and type:
Code:

sudo nano /System/Library/Extensions/NVinject.kext/Contents/Info.plist
Search for this lines:
Code:

<key>IOProbeScore</key>
<integer>6000</integer>

Change 6000 to 0, save the file with CTRL + O, exit with CTRL + X
Reboot
