Look at this picture,why have two Aperture projects?and i also can not add a folder in it with botton "+" or drop the folder ,what is the problem?

Looks like your preferences are screwed, you could try finding the relevant plist for that pane and delete it. That should cause it to be recreated.

but i don't know how to do this..
