I think all systems do now.

If you're running a recent release then you're probably already using EFI :D

I asked that because recently I tried to install leo4all v4.1 in my system and it didn't boot after install, gave me the error message "IOPCIDEVICE blocking blah blah bus..." reappearing every 3 seconds

Leo4allv2 works fine here
