How can i fix my disk like this when i open the ahci ?
 

I have two Hard Drives,one can be showed ok,but the another ...look at the picture.

This are arrows on the right .

Turning on ACHI enables some extra functions on sata hard drives such as hot plugging. This is probably the reason your drives are now showing that they are ejectable.

I wouldn't worry about it too much, technically all OSX drives are ejectable by dragging them to the trash to unmount. :)
