still waiting for root device after install
 

hello i have tried to install leo4allv3 he installation was successful but when restarted the pc
i got the almighty "still waiting for root device" message.
any hints on what could the problem be? i have the OS installed on ide hard drive on the same cable as the dvd and the jumpers are master at hard drive and slave at dvd.

you should say your motherboard and Southbridge for help.
noone can predict your situation without specific information.

try -x boot option to run your OSX than try to update your kext depends on your mainboard chipset.
