Sony Vaio fj series
 

Has anyone had any luck with the FJ series?
I have a VGN-FJ290P that I would LOVE to convert but have not had much luck.
The closest I have gotten is using iDeneb 10.5.5
I can install on the HDD but during first boot, it stops at a blue screen with no more activity

I had some progress lately.
Using ideneb 10.5.6, I was able to get a relatively successful install:
Kernel: Voodoo
Chipset: Intel ICHx
Video: Intel GMA900
Audio: AppleAzalia
Fixes: ACPI_SMC Fix
Seatbelt
Battery Manager
PowerOff_Fix
IOPCICard (although PCMCIA still does not seem to work)

Things that don't work:
Built in wireless (intel 2200BG)
PCMCIA
Card Reader (internally connected to PCMCIA)
No Sound (although the speaker icon is visible)
Built in camera

Things that Work:
Sleep, shutdown and restart
DVD Burner
Touchpad & Keyboard
Perfect video
Ethernet


USB Wireless and USB Sprint Card work fine

I'm very happy so far but still working on resolving these issues and any assistance is welcomed
