does anyone know of an app for OS X that will let me adjust the output volume of each app i have open, for example if i have Firefox, Adium and iTunes open is there an app that will let me have a master volume for each app so i can hear the music from iTunes, dim the notification noise on Adium and mute Firefox?

Try Hear ver. 1.0.3 but it doesn't work all that good on a hack...
