Compaq Presario CQ50 Boot Problem
 

i try to install the Mac on my Compaq
but
when the dvd booted the computer restart
just the apple boot screen appear the computer restarted

i try both leo4allv4.1 & ideneb...nothing happend!!
iz somebody out there know our problems...pls help us!!!!

Mac osX on CQ50 series
 

Hi,
I have a CQ70 laptop, which is closely the same and the only osX86's DVD which is ok is the iPC 10.5.6 final ( PPF5 ) burned on a DVD-R ( never an DVD-RW, it won't work )
BOot in "verbose mode" : press F8 at the Darwin's prompt when the DVD is booting and type -v then ENTER.

I have Tried Kalyway 10.5.2, iAtkos 5i , iAtkos 2.0i, iAtkos 4a, and iPC
and none have worked for me they all do the same they just keep rebooting
