iPC 10.5.6 + Asus P5B, stuck at the white screen :/

Here is the list of my hardware Asus P5B-Deluxe Intel E6420 Corsair 4GB DDR2 Visiontek Radeon 4850 512MB 320GB Sata HD (Main drive) - 1 500GB IDE HD - 1 Samsung DVD Drive Sata - 1 i set my sata configuartion mode to Enhanced mod and configure Sata as : AHCI i boot up the ipc dvd, when i can only go as far as the white screen with apple log on the center, and just the loading wheel. what can i do to fix this?

How long did u wait? Does the loading wheel rotate all the time ?
That is normal. i think it can take up to 5 - 10 Minutes until the installer is loaded.

When there is a real problem the wheel stops spinning and a Cross apeard.

boot with "-v" option so u can see if it stop or it just slow booting

the screen just goes on forever, i tried waitting for 2 hours, and it just does the same thing.

tried the -v option too, that didnt work either, that gave me some kind of "filed to write or read" message

i gave up on iPC, and downloaded iDeneb. that worked great, all drivers except ati 4850 video card.

can i just ask what options you chose in the customize section of the iDeneb 1.4 installation please?

thank you.

Haven't try iDeneb. You could try let it me know the options so here we could guide you a little trough the install, also i learned that you need to install just what you need to boot, after that you could fix audio, video, and others....
