Asus P5E Motherboard - after install ACPI problem

Hello, everyone!

Successfully installed the iDeneb 10.5.5, but i can't install the 10.5.6 version. Now i'm trying to use the distro iPC, but on the first boot i got a kernel panic. To resolve it, i tried several SMBIOS, when i use the "Apple SMBIOS EFI" or the "SMBIOS MacPro" using -v i get this (show in picture), with no SMBIOS, i got a "Failed to load extension com.apple.driver.AppleACPIPlatform", even trying to use the ACPI-fix with or without SMBIOS, but got the same error.

Try removing the kexts related to ATI graphic support, I think its crashing just before changing to graphics mode. Also booting in safe mode could help but I'm not sure if it will work with the kexts installed or not (dont have any 1st hand experience with ATI...)

re-p5e

It is not the P5E. I have been running OSX from 10.5.1 to now 10.5.7 with NO problems on an ASUS P5e. I have updated from the apple site from ver 10.5.4. i have to change a setting to get the lan to work. I have an ASUS 8800gt (512)graphics card that works great. This board has worked with cor 2 duo and now a cor 2 quad. This has been a great board fro me and my build.
