How to patch the iso?
 

I have the iso of iPC PPF5 and I am getting a AppleNForceATA: found 0 units error.

I've googled around and apparently I need a patch. I've found the patch, a ppf file, but I don't know how to actually patch it to the iso. Can someone please tell me how to do this?
