adobe acrobat and indesign scroll bugging
 

Hi,
Im using osX 10.5.6 (on intel core2duo, p35-ds3r, 9800gt, 4gb RAM) and adobe cs4 apps

now, i have adobe acrobat installed, and when im reading many pages, whole acrobat bugs, and slows down drastically like im using 512 mb of RAM... same thing happens when im scrolling in inDesign.. i just dont get it... i used all of the updates.. all other adobe programs work just fine..

pdfs are working fine in preview also.. but not so well in acrobat...

does anybody have the same problem, or a solution ?
