10.5.2 Update for AMD only, eddie11c
I am in the testing phase of making my own 10.5.2 update just for AMD machines. It does not include the 9.2.0 kernel since not everyone has EFI installed. But what I was wondering is, what's the best way to get a few people to test it out? Just in case it isn't working quite right. AMD 10.5.2.mpkg.zip Feel free to try it. Just torrent it. Write a ncie nfo saying what it does etc and include the 9.2 kernel if you can. Installing efi is a piece of cake so I don;t see why people shouldn't do it.

ok just did a fresh install of 10.5.1 and upgraded to 10.5.2 without any issues that I can see. Will have to test out some of the programs to make sure they are working. Will check back in after.

well you can check tpb for the update for AMD. I tried installing it a few times, with and without kernel and all seemed to work ok. Others are welcome to test it also.

Does efi work with sse2?

I believe so, as with all AMD machines you still have to use the modified kernel anyways.
