Can someone tell me how to let my Audio work?
I updated to 10.5.7 Retail (with Cameleon Boot) yesterday but i have no sound anymore!

same problem here, im using same mother board as you..

this is the solution

install this
1. ALC883Audio for sound driver and you will need to restart
2. AzaliaAudio for HD sound and u need to restart again also

Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3 R3.3 is using:
On-board audio: Produced by the chipset together with a Realtek ALC883 codec (eight channels, 24-bit resolution, up to 96 KHz sampling rate for the inputs and up to 192 KHz sampling rate for the outputs, 85 dB signal-to-noise ratio for the inputs and 95 dB signal-to-noise ratio for the outputs).

not ALC888

that link is for the 945 while this thread is about the 965
