How to disable mic level auto adjust..?
 
i have a C-Media USB Sound card. i use this for voice chat.The problem is mic volume is not stable.its getting lower and lower. it automatically adjust the level.

How do i disable this ?

Ps:while using VoodooHDA with onboard sound card mic level is stable.But i can't use it for Chat.

Guys please help me .. what should i do..? How to disable automatic mic level adjust.
this is not to particular apps .it happened in Gtalk ( plugin ),Skype and Yahoo too..

Need some help :)
