I can't find a duplicate kext, and everything seems to fail after I load the iosdhciblockdevice kext...
I have to go into -s mode, delete kext, clear extensions cache and then reboot, otherwise

i also got this led on my laptop with a 9 inside a lock how can i get this to stop coming on

Try replacing the USB kexts you are using with updated ones, like the ones patched by Slice, see this insanelymac thread.
